Our general, residential real estate services include working with sellers, buyers and investors. However, Dizmang Associates does not just list and sell real estate in Springfield, MO in the conventional fashion. We specialize in working with serious real estate investors. While some firms might just sell investment homes, we take it one step further. With a conservative approach and sound advice, our company philosophy has been to provide service and advice beyond what is expected.


General FAQs

No, we do not hold properties or do pre-leasing. For your protection, we do not take any monies until a lease has been signed.

Lawn care is not usually provided, but in some rare circumstances may be added into the lease for an additional fee if approved beforehand.

Tenant(s) is responsible for all utilities as it is not covered in the lease agreement. All utilities must be in tenant(s) name before occupancy will be given.

A stove (either gas or electric) is provided in all of our rental properties. Other appliances such as: refrigerator, dishwasher, and microwave varies per home so please check the information provided on the listing.

Please refer to the “Pet Policy” option under the “Homes for Rent” tab.

Section 8 is accepted on any of our homes that meet Section 8 criteria. All application and lease requirements still apply.

Our lease terms are generally one year, but please check the information on the listing as sometimes it may differ.

To view one of our homes, we ask that you come by our office any time Monday – Friday between 8:00 AM – 3:00 PM to check out a key. In order to check out the key, required is a copy of a valid photo I.D. and a $20 cash deposit, which is returned when the key is brought back to our office by 5:00 PM the same day.
